About us - Fractional digital experience team

The DX Company is a digital experience and analytics studio located in the heart of Silicon Valley. Our goal is to enable our customers to deliver delightful digital experience through data orchestration and analytics solutions without requiring them to invest in expensive infrastructure, software, or talent.

Our impact is most felt in working with teams who are experiencing the burden of reconciling 'unsanitized' data — which are usually sourced from multiple vendors, events, web forms, and list uploads. With data orchestration and ETL, our work enables team members to be data-citizens and be more productive and confident of reporting to their stakeholders.

Our guiding principles - Trustworthiness. Dedication. Perseverance.

Values that we believe allow us to deliver the best work for our customers.

  • Trustworthiness. Trust is at the heart of our business. We endeavor to build and maintain a strong trusting relationship with customers, partners, suppliers, and employees.
  • Dedication. We are strongly committed and devoted to customer success and happiness. It means putting in the time, effort, and energy to achieve even the near impossible.
  • Perseverance. We persist and continue to pursue our customer goals and challenges—despite difficulties, obstacles, or failures—until we achieve impactful results.
